There are trees and plants that need some pruning back
some weeding to be done, though the weeds don't bother me too much....they eventually disappear underneath the lush foliage!
Lots of birds visit the garden,especially Magpies (above).The Magpie has a lovely warble (song) but they are very brazen birds and we've had several tiptoe through the open french doors and have a peek inside!
There was a light sprinkle of rain later in the day........perfect!!
I am looking forward to the days ahead....

Sounds like you have your work cut out for you! I love the idea of a vegetable garden.
I guess there are some limitations to having a balcony as a back yard (I do have Lavender though)!
